Slumgullion

Jack Kerouac talks about making "slumgullion" in The Dharma Bums, and it's lunch time here at Maine Kerouac Headquarters. I found some leftover corn beef hash in the frig, and I have that frying up on the stovetop and in a minute I'm going to break a couple of eggs in there and - voila! - my own version of slumgullion.
